CINCINNATI, OHIO (February 17, 2023 — Alloy Development held its Annual Economic Development Awards Ceremony on Wednesday, February 15th, at the Sharonville Convention Center. We celebrated the tremendous accomplishments of our Commercial Capital, Economic Development, and Growth Lab teams and the stakeholders and customers that they support. This is their 40th year celebrating organizations and individuals that have partnered with them to help grow the local economy.
The Ron Schallick Economic Development Award is awarded to a local company that has a long history and a commitment to our community through investment and job creation. This year, Pepper Construction was celebrated as the Ron Schallick Economic Development award winner due to its transformational investment in The Village of Lockland’s historic business district. Their new SW Ohio headquarters is located in the historic Stearns & Foster building and will employ more than 60 workers at the location and will invest $12 million into their new facility. “The Pepper Construction team is not only committed to their community but to green initiatives that will make a positive impact on Lockland and Hamilton County,” said Alloy Development President Patrick Longo.
