Beginning in March 2026, the Village will no longer be sending paper bills by mail. All bills will be sent out electronically via e-mail. You must have an e-mail on file to receive your bill. If you do not have an e-mail on file, please contact the Administrative office to update your account as soon as possible. Bills will still be payable by mail, in the office, online or in the overnight box.
E-mail bills will only contain the current balance and due date. Readings, usage, service charges, dates of service and account information will be viewable online through the portal.
